It’s so engrained in us that it’s hard to UN-believe all we’ve been taught. But people are dying because of these lies, so it’s time for the truth to come out. Proper nutrition, not medicine, is the cure to sickness.
More and more people are learning about the nutritive benefits that keto, ketovore, and carnivore lifestyles can offer (basically, a low-carbohydrate diet). And it seems like those who are disparaging these lifestyles are generally big-named people and companies that stand to lose a lot of money and credibility if too many people catch on.
Why would doctors prescribe medicine for a symptom instead of fixing the actual problem with proper nutrition, you ask? Well, I will answer that with another question: What happens if too much of the general population gets healed of disease? Answer: It would directly affect the pocketbooks of those in the medical and big food industries.
It’s not really about the doctors; they are simply doing what they’ve been taught to do. On average, doctors receive about two weeks of training in nutrition while in medical school. So really, most of them only know how to give a sick patient medicine, not healthy food. Have you seen the atrocious supposedly ‘healthy’ menus they have in hospitals? We have to think bigger to find the real perpetrator.
Let’s start by throwing out the ludicrous ‘food pyramid’ heap of garbage nonsense! Grains, ‘whole’ or otherwise, aren’t good for anybody. Yes, I am aware that Jesus Christ ate bread. But keep in mind that the bread Jesus ate is not the same bread we have available to us today. The majority of today’s crops are genetically modified, altered, and engineered frankenfood.
Did you know that today’s wheat has forty times the amount of gluten than it did just decades ago? Can you guess what this might do to one’s body? Are you suddenly reminded of all the ‘gluten intolerant’ people who have suddenly and inexplicably materialized in the last couple decades?
There is a strong alliance between Big Pharma and the food industry giants. They play nice together because they both have the same agenda. What’s the easiest way to make people buy more drugs? How about make sure the food they eat keeps them sick?
Big Pharma feeds disinformation to the general public that certain foods are healthy when they are not, and Big Food benefits from it; Big Food puts ingredients in their food to make the people addicted to it, and thus it makes them sick, and that’s how Big Pharma benefits from Big Food.
We are told that fatty foods are bad for us, that whole grains are good for us, and that all we must do is get enough exercise, thus keeping us confused as to how we still managed to get cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, et al.
Have you noticed that every other commercial that interrupts whatever we’re watching these days is pushing some kind of drug? And every one of these drugs brings on side effects so that people can buy more drugs for the new ailments?
Think about it—the baby boomers didn’t suffer with as much disease as we have now; they didn’t have all the medicine we have now; and shocker—they didn’t have even half the artificial ingredients we have now either.
We have been told that we are an advanced society with all the leaps we’ve made in technology and medicine, yet since the number of inoculations has multiplied many times over again in the last several decades, and a drug created for every ailment, we only seem to have gotten sicker. The same has happened with the genetic modification of our foods.
More of us need to start asking questions instead of simply taking what they tell us as the truth just because they have an important title. Has anyone wondered why there are suddenly dialysis centers on every other corner? How about why the government seems to encourage people to eat vegan, but discourages eating meat, and therefore keto, ketovore, carnivore, and other low carbohydrate diets?
We are ‘fed’ the information ‘they’ want us to accept and live by, and we just do whatever they say without question. And anyone who does question it is made out to be a conspiracy nut.
The best way to get the public to believe the narrative is to make sure that some of it is true. For example, they will tell us that sugar is bad and causes diabetes, which is true, but they will also tell us that animal fat is responsible for clogged arteries and heart disease, which is a lie. (Yes, it is).
We have also been told that once we have certain conditions, that we must live with these conditions for the rest of our lives. Well, how convenient for them; now we can buy medicine from them as long as we live.
Most people don’t want to believe that anyone would be so despicable as to knowingly deceive the people in such a manner. They will even make sure you see them doing excessively altruistic deeds to further gain your trust. But a little research can reveal a lot. As they say: Follow the money.
It has been proven—by people who decided to figure out for themselves why things weren’t adding up. Big Pharma and Big Food are not serving you—they are serving themselves.
The food we have available to us now is not the same food our grandparents and great grandparents ate; it has been tampered with. We cannot simply trust every piece of food we find on a grocery store shelf; we must make a conscious effort to read labels in order to avoid eating what is poisonous to our bodies.
The good news is that there are people who care, and they are sharing what they have learned for FREE, to help others get healed of disease by consuming the proper nutrition. I want to encourage you to stay engaged with us; there is wonderful support in this growing community. Ask questions, soak up the information, read the testimonies to gain confidence, put it into effect in your own life, and then share your successes to help others.
True education does not come from a university; it comes from educating oneself. God bless you on your journey to health and wholeness. Don’t just live, but thrive.
